1. User Agreement

By creating an account or using FindJobs.works, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FindJobs.works and its licensors. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• Our logos and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
• Automated scraping of job listings is strictly prohibited without an official API key.
• User-generated content remains the property of the poster, but grants us a license to display it.

3. Job Posting Rules

Employers and recruiters must provide accurate, up-to-date information for all job listings. We reserve the right to remove any posting that:

• Contains misleading or false information about the role or company.
• Discriminates based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected class.
• Requires upfront payment from candidates to apply or interview.
• Promotes "multi-level marketing" (MLM) or "get rich quick" schemes.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FindJobs.works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
