Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Definitions

In this DPA, the terms "Personal Data", "Data Subject", "Processing", "Controller", and "Processor" shall have the meanings given to them in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Subject Matter and Duration

The subject matter of the processing under this DPA is the Personal Data of job seekers and employers using our platform. The duration of the processing shall be the term of the agreement between the parties.

3. Technical and Organizational Measures

FindJobs.works implements and maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data.

• Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
• Regular security assessments and penetration testing.
• Access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
• Employee training on data privacy and security best practices.

4. Sub-processors

The User acknowledges and agrees that FindJobs.works may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services. We maintain an up-to-date list of Sub-processors and notify users of any changes.

5. Data Subject Rights

FindJobs.works shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify the User if it receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise their rights under Data Protection Laws. We will provide reasonable assistance to help Users respond to such requests.

6. Data Transfers

If FindJobs.works transfers Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by Data Protection Laws.
