Job Overview
On-Site (no hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data solutions that support our enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Big Data platforms, and data warehousing solutions within an Agile environment. The Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative data solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
• 10+ Years of Engineering Excellence: Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and administering cloud and on-prem databases, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Advanced PL/SQL Development: Expert-level mastery of PL/SQL to develop complex stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers for sophisticated data manipulation.
• Data Architecture & Modeling: Proven ability to develop both logical and physical data flow models and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
• SQL Performance Tuning: Deep expertise in tuning stored procedures, views, and indexes, including resolving complex locking and deadlock issues.
• Data Profiling: Experience developing advanced SQL queries to profile, analyze, and reconcile big data within AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Data Normalization & Mapping: Expert in data parsing, normalization, and mapping to resolve data integrity issues and consolidate multiple sources into cohesive structures.
• BI & Analytics Integration: Configuring data connections and developing backend structures to support Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx reporting.
• Advanced Scripting: Proficient in SAS programming, including developing macros to reduce model code complexity and using SAS/Connect or SAS/Access for database pass-through.
• Full SDLC Experience: Comprehensive experience following Agile/DevOps methodologies, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Large Dataset Reconciliation: Expertise in extracting, loading, and reconciling massive datasets across disparate system platforms and sources.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
