Okta is The World's Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.
At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we're looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We're building a world where Identity belongs to you.
About Okta for AI Agents
Okta for AI Agents is a new business unit focused on securing agentic identity. As enterprises move AI agents from pilots to production, they face fundamental questions: How do agents authenticate? How do you control what they can access? How do you govern agent-to-agent communication? We're building the products and go-to-market motion to answer these questions at scale.
This team reports to the SVP & GM, Okta for AI Agents, and operates with startup speed inside Okta. We're defining a new category.
Solutions Architect, Partner Solutions
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will cultivate technical relationships with technology partners (AI platforms, cloud providers) and system integrators. You'll design integration architectures, build reference implementations, and enable partner teams to deliver AI security solutions on Okta's platform.
Working closely with our partnerships, product, and engineering teams, you'll shape how the partner ecosystem builds on Okta. Your architectures become the blueprints partners follow. Your enablement determines how well they deliver.
What you'll be doing
• * Strategic Technical Partnership: Serve as a technical thought partner to Okta's GTM partnerships team. Embed with partner technical teams to enable their AI security practices, support troubleshooting, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Integration Architecture: Design integration patterns between Okta's AI security platform and partners including Anthropic, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and Google. Build reference implementations and sample code that partners use to build and sell.
• Partner Enablement: Lead technical enablement for partner teams through workshops, certification programs, and office hours. Represent Okta at partner events, developer conferences, and joint customer engagements.
• Product Feedback: Translate partner integration patterns and deployment challenges into product requirements. Work with engineering to ensure our platform meets partner and customer needs.
What you'll bring to the role
• 5+ years of experience in partner-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or Technical Alliance Manager
• Track record of successfully partnering with technology vendors, GSIs, or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges
• Strong foundation in identity and security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange, API security
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and agent frameworks: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or similar
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering teams to executives
• Experience designing cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Excitement for building in a fast-moving space where patterns are still being defined
• This is leading-edge work. AI agent security is new territory and you'll help define the integration patterns the industry follows. Expect high velocity, partner travel, and rapid iteration. We need builders who write code, create demos, and solve problems hands-on.
• Show us your work: We value candidates who can demonstrate their experience. Share your GitHub, AI agents you've built, or examples of partner integrations you've designed.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
