Senior Full Stack Engineer

An E-Learning and Analytics software company that straddles both federal and commercial sectors is hiring for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. Their platform takes organizational data like promotion rates, attrition, curriculum and more, and leverages predictive analytics and decision science to give leaders actionable insights. They are in need of a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and develop full stack and cloud based software solutions that support both federal and commercial domains, using C# .NET Core and .NET 8-10. This is an AWS environment, so experience with relevant service including Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch would be necessary. Any relevant UI framework experience is great (Angular, React, Vue). This is a high visibility, high profile hire for the team. Because this person will be embedded both with commercial and DoD applications, this candidate must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. The role will be hybrid in Alexandria, VA. Required Skills & Experience: • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field • Experience leading projects and small groups of team members • C# .NET Core, .NET Framework • AWS Services (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc. • Experience building responsive UI (Angular, React, or Vue.js) Desired Skills & Experience: • Masters Degree • Has worked on DOD contracts in the past • Experience with NIST, Risk Management Framework • Familiarity with federal security compliance standards • IaC (Terraform, Ansible) • Advanced AWS services (API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, EKS/Fargate)
