Come help us modernize the traditional IT security industry by creating robust and innovative automations.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Automation Engineer designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated processes, and is responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents. The engineer will be working with enterprise RPA tools and different scripting languages. This role will impact the team and department's strategy, makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. When given assignments, the engineer will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches and will lead other engineers with best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degreeMore than 5 years of technical experienceMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesSoftware QA testing multi-tier enterprise web applicationsStrong experience with white-box, web-service integration and server back-end testing.Must have experience building automated solutions in an enterprise settingExperience creating process diagrams of automations like ADD, SDD, amongst other client facing documentsPassionate about mentorship and coaching of junior developersPossess fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, logging, and SQLHave experience working with OCR, IVR, or other AI platformsPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Computer ScienceAutomation Anywhere A360 or similar RPA tool certifiedMore than 3 years of RPA or other automation development experienceExperience with building A360 projectsAPI development experiencePython experience in a Machine Learning settingPandas_ML, Scikit-learn or other ML development experienceBuilt ML projects using Spark or PySparkAdditional InformationHumana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
