Responsibilities
• Design and execute load, stress, and volume tests
• Monitor application/database performance using AWR, OEM, or equivalent tools
• Develop performance engineering models and analyze results to identify bottlenecks
• Provide performance risk assessments and remediation recommendations
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with JMeter
• Experience with LoadRunner
• Experience with Rational Performance Tester
• Experience with AWR/OEM
