About the Role

Are you a passionate problem solver and creative thinker who is excited to join the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services team as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist? We are looking for a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail who is ready to protect our information systems from cyber threats.In this role, you will serve as a key member of the IT team, ensuring the security of our information systems and networks. You will need to be familiar with a variety of cyber security tools and techniques, as well as the latest industry developments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically and possess a strong sense of responsibility.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in IT security or a related field. Experience with network security, intrusion detection, and security auditing is also a must.
