About the Role Stackular is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level Integration Engineer to join a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) supporting a government client. In this role, you will be a hands-on software engineer responsible for building and delivering a federated GraphQL API that will serve as the foundation for future enterprise APIs. You will work day-to-day alongside client engineers and contractors in a modern, containerized .NET environment, contributing code across the full lifecycle—from schema design and service implementation to CI/CD and deployment. This is a delivery-focused role with strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, and repeatable engineering patterns. What You’ll Do - Design, build, and evolve GraphQL subgraphs using ASP.NET Core and Hot Chocolate - Implement data access patterns against PostgreSQL and existing enterprise systems - Deliver production-ready features in two-week Agile sprints - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives - Integrate services into Docker-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Helm - Ensure alignment with security, authentication (OAuth2 / Entra), and operational standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - 5+ years of software engineering experience - Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs - Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core - Experience with Agile/Scrum teams - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) - Able to obtain Public Trust clearance upon hire Preferred Experience - GraphQL federation or schema composition - Hot Chocolate or other .NET GraphQL frameworks - CI/CD pipeline experience - OAuth2/JWT authentication - Experience in regulated or government environments

What you'll do
