About the Role

Top Skills Needed: • Autonomous Problem Solving – Able to identify and resolve issues independently • Architectural Foresight – Designs scalable, maintainable solutions proactively • Full Stack Mastery – Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks • Troubleshooting Mindset – Treats bugs like puzzles, not problems • Clear Communication – Can explain technical issues to any audience • Team Collaboration – Agile team player who can also work solo when needed • Proactive Initiative – Improves systems without waiting for direction Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive web application systems • Manage a large portfolio of application requests with BAs, PMs, and other developers • Participate in code reviews, demos, and team knowledge-sharing • Produce technical specifications for web initiatives and integrations • Maintain, scale, and enhance web platforms • Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and adopt relevant ones Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft technologies • Proven ability to create responsive applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet • Core Technical Skills – C#, ASP.NET Framework/Core, .NET 5+, Entity Framework • RESTful API development • Architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVM) • Troubleshooting and debugging • Creating architectural diagrams (UML, BPMN) • Experience in Data Privacy implementation, preferably with DataGrail • Soft Skills – Self-motivated with excellent time management, strong communicator and mentor Preferred Qualifications: • SQL Server, NoSQL (Cosmos DB) • JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Bootstrap, Foundation) • Microservices architecture • CI/CD tools, GitHub/TFS • CMS/Commerce (Episerver preferred) • Microsoft Dynamics, TDD • Workflow/task management systems
