The ideal candidate will have experience developing applications in .Net, C#, React, JavaScript, and other related technologies. Candidates should also have experience writing and optimizing SQL code including stored procedures, functions, complex queries, etc. The incumbent will work closely with IT, business partners, and external vendors to implement new systems and update existing systems. Excellent communication skills are a must to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company. What YOU will do: Developing front end web applications using a variety of tools and frameworks Design user interactions on websites to deliver a seamless user experience (UX) Develop internal systems to augment processing of health insurance claims in a timely manner. Develop and manage databases and servers to support applications Write clean, maintainable code using DRY principles and conduct code reviews Participate in decisions that drive the architecture direction of the company Collaborating with UX/UI designers, project managers, developers and stakeholders to align with business goals Staying up to date with programming languages, emerging technologies and industry developments Translate concepts to requirements and technical design Complete projects and development activities timely and accurately while following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Must possess analytical and complex problem-solving skills Requirements Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue) 3+ years experience with back-end development (e.g. .Net Core, , PHP) 3+ years experience with database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Experience building RESTful APIs and web services Experience building cloud-based, highly scalable applications using Azure Understanding of version control systems such as Git Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team Patience and perseverance when handling complex tasks or shifting project scopes Effective time management and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies

What you'll do

  • The Full Stack Developer Level II plays a key role in building, maintaining, and upgrading many diverse applications that support HMA's primary business functions
