Applied AI Systems Engineer – Rust & WebAssembly (TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph)

This role provides advanced software engineering expertise to support mission-critical systems through high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities The contractor shall demonstrate the following required skills, certifications, and experience: • Experience with parallel and concurrent programming. • Professional experience with the Rust programming language. • Experience with Rust web frameworks such as Actix, Rocket, or Warp. • Experience or familiarity with WebAssembly (Wasm) for client-side Rust code. • Experience with database systems and ORM tools (e.g., Diesel). • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. • Experience using version control systems, including Git. • Experience with machine learning libraries in Rust (e.g., rust-bert, linfa). • Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and algorithms. • Experience or demonstrated ability to integrate AI models into web applications.
