Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
The contractor shall demonstrate the following required skills, certifications, and experience:
• Experience with parallel and concurrent programming.
• Professional experience with the Rust programming language.
• Experience with Rust web frameworks such as Actix, Rocket, or Warp.
• Experience or familiarity with WebAssembly (Wasm) for client-side Rust code.
• Experience with database systems and ORM tools (e.g., Diesel).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience using version control systems, including Git.
• Experience with machine learning libraries in Rust (e.g., rust-bert, linfa).
• Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and algorithms.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to integrate AI models into web applications.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph
Desired Qualifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with software verification and validation (V&V) processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications, including but not limited to:
• SAFe DevOps Practitioner
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• CompTIA Security+
• ITIL v3 Foundation
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• GCIH
• Web Application Penetration Testing
• Network Penetration Testing
